What to write to us about

• Account access — you cannot sign in, or you believe someone else has used your account.
• Coins and bonuses — a welcome or daily bonus did not arrive, or your balance looks wrong.
• Age verification — you have been asked to confirm your age.
• Taking a break or closing your account — see Responsible Social Play for what each option does. Requests to close an account are actioned within two business days.
• Bugs and technical problems — tell us which browser you use and what happened; a screenshot helps.
• Partner links — ask us whether a specific link is a commercial one; see our Affiliate Disclosure.
• Reporting a minor — if you believe someone under the minimum age is using this site, write to us and we will close the account.
